HR Lead with Dutch

A new opportunity for experienced candidates within HR! We have a new opening for Team lead with Dutch.

In this role, you will be responsible for a team of about 10 HR professionals and you will motivate them and drive them through the overall vision and strategy of the supported client. You will oversee the project and the team performance, provide guidance and be part of client improvements and innovations.

More specifically, as an HR Team Leader, you will:

- Track and measure SLA’s and report to your team and the client team on a regular basis
- Manage the development program of your team
- Mentor and coach team members
- Help with escalations
- Provide feedback on performance

- Previous experience in HR and in leading team
- Dedication and pro-activity
- Strong command of Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
- Communication and organizational skills, good time-management
